- Product Notes
Reimagining an old school staple, the Queensbury Aldgate Sphinx Sweatshirt has been crafted in Portugal from a light grey marl cotton brushed fleece, perfect for working up a sweat. The hoodie, inspired by ‘The Marquess of Queensberry rules’, the first set of rules to mandate the use of boxing gloves and on which modern boxing is based, acknowledges Scotland’s rich boxing heritage and features a front patch, a vintage wash and a signature back neck tape.

Celebrating boxing and their authentic British character, British Vintage Boxing create practical and strongly aesthetic garments that will lead you to victory in style like the great champions of the past. With a London-based design team boasting years of experience in men’s apparel, the brand is committed to sourcing as much as possible from UK manufacturers, as is reflected in their trimmings and packaging. However, when it came to sourcing high quality fabrics which were both comfortable and performed well, the search ended with a family-owned factory based in Portugal, a country renowned for its outstanding jersey. BVB’s ranges of sweatshirts, joggers and t-shirts sport subtle vintage detailing, hailing icons of the boxing world whilst maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.
