The Rake is looking for a Key Account & Special Projects Manager, a newly created role within the business. The role will be integral to the growth of the top brands/accounts on TheRake.com e-commerce platform as well in leading special collaborative e-commerce and retail projects for the business. The role will report to the Head of Business Development and will be located in the United Kingdom or Italy (flexible). We are looking for someone is who passionate about sartorial menswear, has experience in account management and e-commerce, and who is extremely well organised with very strong written and verbal communication skills. The Rake is looking for a Product Manager, a key role for the progressive improvement of the e-commerce platform and the client’s websites. The role will be owner of the technical side of the e-commerce and will be in charge of planning budget, improve user experience and maintain a working environment for all departments of The Rake. Knowledge of Magento, Wordpress, Kanban and Excel are fundamentals and an understanding of GA and Mobile environment are a plus. This role is key to the operations of The Rake E-Commerce. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this crucial logistics role manages all procurement of marketplace orders globally from our partner vendors, while building and maintaining strong relationships with them. The role is responsible for ensuring vendor compliance with our internal delivery processes to ensure that the end customers receive their orders in a timely manner, as well as making certain that stock accuracy is maintained at all times. The role also works closely with our warehouse teams in London and Italy on the procurement process and delivery improvements, as well as our internal customer service and business development teams. A strong working proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English is preferred for this role.
