Customer Service Manager
The Rake, a market leading e-commerce platform and sartorial magazine for men, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to assist its rapid growth. The role will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for developing and operating The Rake customer service channel. The role’s primary focus is to ensure all of our clients have a best in class luxury e-commerce service experience. A keen eye for detail and a passion for artisanal menswear is desired, as is an ability to maintain empathy with the client at all times. A strong command of grammar and professional language when writing, along with excellent telephone communication, is a must for this role.
