This role will be responsible for all CRM & VIR activity for The Rake and will report in to the Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience, ideally in a similar CRM role, and a proven track record of successfully implementing CRM strategies that drove growth in an e-commerce business. They will also possess a strong commercial acumen to understand macro and micro sales performance and ensure that the CRM strategy is driven by clear commercial objectives.
For the role of Managing Editor, the ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a meticulous eye for detail and great enthusiasm for publishing and e-commerce, responsible for managing production processes within the print and digital editorial teams and with previous experience in the media/publishing industry. Whilst reporting to the Editor of The Rake magazine and the Digital Editor, the candidate is also able to work closely with the Marketing Director and the Commercial team to optimise content creation to drive forward a quickly growing e-commerce business.
The Copywriter role will work across all categories of The Rake e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be an eloquent and articulate writer with a knowledge of luxury menswear, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
The Designer role is a newly created role at The Rake. The role will report to the Digital Editor & Marketing Director and will be responsible for the digital graphic design for The Rake. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar in-house creative role. They should possess strong creative suite skills and an ability to understand and convey The Rake visual aesthetic.
The Accountant role has been created to help shape The Rake’s newly established in-house accounting team. The candidate for this role should be a self-starter with proven experience in a similar role. The individual should have excellent analytical skills and an ability to manage their time effectively, whilst always ensuring a high-level of accuracy.
Customer Service Assistant
Working directly under our customer service manager, the focus of the customer service assistant role will be to give our clients a luxury experience in every possible way. A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury menswear is a must. A confident, considerate and well-presented individual is also essential for this role, as is a strong command of grammar and professional language in written and spoken form. This would also be an amazing opportunity for a graduate to gain valuable experience working for a newly established luxury e-commerce business.
