DAKS makes staples for every occasion, from Monday meetings through to lazy-Sunday throw-ons. This long-sleeve cotton button-down more than covers the latter. Straight cut and dart free, it has a rich houndstooth check, a relaxed fit, single-button cuffs, and a relaxed-spread collar.

The Story

Quintessentially British luxury label DAKS was founded by Simeon Simpson in 1894 on London's 'Petticoat Lane' aka the city's garment district located on Middlesex Street. One of the select few houses to hold all three Royal Warrants as outfitters to HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Prince of Wales, the heritage label is credited with creating the first self-supporting trousers in 1934 and the signature DAKS waistband along with it. In celebration of the brand's 125th anniversary the label has created a specially designed printed lining which features in its hallmark tailoring.
