Made from Austrian Himalaya loden that is naturally water repellent, the fabric is woven by a small styrian family owned mill of 80% wool and 20% alpaca for softness.
The coat is based on a 1970s Italian Army trench coat design, that features an umbrella yoke that keeps the rain and snow off, a closing collar to keep the wind out, special inside pockets that can be accessed while the coat is buttoned, their signature crescent outside pockets and a deep centre vent at the back to ride a motorcycle.
The coat is sized so that a formal jacket can be worn underneath. The coat is completely unstructured and features no lining.

The shoulder width is measured from the neck point to the edge of the shoulder, not along the shoulder seam.
The across shoulder is measured from the top of the sleeve crown of one shoulder to the other, across the back of the jacket.
The jacket length is measured from the top of the centre back seam of the back, to the bottom of the jacket.
The sleeve length is measured from the top of the sleeve crown to the bottom edge of the cuff.
