Claret Floral Silk and Linen Tie

- Product Notes
A charming yellow cross and blue floral print distinguish this silk-linen tie, which is both luxurious and easy to wear. The vibrant colours emphasise the texture of the fine fabric. Try it with a white concealed button-down shirt and a midnight blue mohair suit for a sharp look with a 1960s flair. It was woven in Italy and is finished with superior slip-stitch construction, which helps the tie to sit tall on the neck and recover after each wear. Pick out the colours with a silk pocket square.

The Story
There aren't many who have had such a significant impact on British tailoring as the formidable Edward Sexton, whose eye for detail and revolutionary craft helped shaped Savile Row into what it is today. Together with Tommy Nutter he opened Nutters of Savile Row in 1969, bringing a renewed energy to the iconic street and attracting high-profile customers from around the world. Having built up a firm reputation in his own right, Sexton launched his namesake label in 1990, relocating to Knightsbridge and further developing his own aesthetic characterised by an architectural yet flattering silhouette.
