Fears Blue Redcliff Date Watch with Fears Blue Leather Strap$ 845
- Product Notes
The Redcliff is a modern interpretation of the classic Fears wrist watch.
The contemporary appearance of the Redcliff Date features several subtle design cues, each influenced by watches from the extensive Fears Archive in Great Britain. From the distinctive shape of the hands through to the case back design, the Redcliff Date is the brand’s vision of what Fears would be creating today if the business hadn’t closed in the 1970s.
The polished 38mm stainless steel case is perfectly sized for all wrists, using the same case silhouette that Fears used for most of the 20th century. The slim profile sits close to the wrist giving the watch an understated appearance as it easily slips under shirt and jacket cuffs. Each watch is individually serial numbered allowing its history to be recorded over the coming decades. The Redcliff is fitted to a supple goat’s leather strap, handmade in Belgium by a family run atelier, that gets better the more its worn.
Presented with a Fears Blue dial, the rich dark tone of this watch's face change in the light revealing little details the more it's looked at.
