Gold and Blue Silk Quetzal Pocket Square
$ 80- Product Notes
The quetzal, with its irisdescent tail feathers, was venerated by the Aztecs and Mayans as a symbol of goodness and light. An abstract, mirrored image of the bird has been hand painted onto pure silk by Millie Bridget Henry. This "god of the air" makes for a wonderful talking point and an auspicious gift. The design is also hand-rolled and finished.

The Story
Made in England, each Millie Bridget Henry pocket square design begins with a hand-drawn sketch which becomes a distinctive linear motif or recurring tile pattern and is then hand-cut, printed and rolled at the edges from fine silk.
