The Story

Upon working with leftover leather from a workshop, Stefano Serapian discovered his talents in creating small leather items. The unique quality of his work soon picked up an appreciative clientele in Milan, and, recognising the potential for something great, he gathered a group of fellow skilled craftsman and started to teach them about the art of leather craft, creating the beginnings of Milan’s first workshop specialised for the creation of high quality leather items. A few years later, Serapian meets Gina Flori, who became his partner in both business and life. In 1945 the two established Stefano Serapian, which soon became the benchmark for high quality leather goods in Milan and provided a custom service to their clients from the beginning. Today, the continued Italian-based production promises clients a reliability of quality that has already been proven since the brand’s post-war launch.#
