The Rake is proud to announce a further e-commerce collaboration with Parisian patina artist, Paulus Bolten.
Fine news for admirers of the unique talent of Paulus Bolten, Parisian patina artist par excellence. Due to the success of our first round of Paulus Bolten for The Rake patinaed sneakers, The Rake is pleased to announce that we will be releasing a further selection of exclusive designs on Shop.TheRake.com.
Original Adidas Stan Smiths will be rendered in a deep, dark navy patina, and a rich, smoky caviar colour; sophisticated options ideal for spring. Nike Airforce 1s will be available in classic green and brown camouflage, and two innovative tonal blue and charcoal camouflage schemes, created especially for The Rake by Paulus’s own fair hand. There will be four pairs of each design. All will be available online exclusively through shop.TheRake.com from April.
Additionally, we are introducing a made-to-order patina service, whereby customers can specify a particular patina (anything can be achieved from jungle green to saffron or seafoam blue) and have The Rake curate your order – with final delivery within 4-6 weeks.
