    Anderson & Sheppard

For heritage house Anderson & Sheppard, comfort and freedom of movement have always been of the utmost importance – values that have informed it’s aesthetic as well as how the brand operates. Founded in 1906 by Peter Gustaf Anderson and Sidney Horatio Sheppard, the house was instrumental in popularising British drape, rebelling against the straighter Victorian style prevalent at the time. That soft, fluid look is distinguished by a high armhole, natural shoulder line and a full chest, and is characteristic of Anderson & Sheppard. Now residing at 32 Old Burlington Street, these Savile Row tailors still have a firm focus on bespoke, yet also have a select offering of ready-to-wear each season.
