DELIVERY POLICY
The Rake works to deliver your purchases. We use the quickest courier method possible to unite and delight you with your purchases but delivery times may vary by location. For delivery costs, please select your destination on the check-out page.
Please note that all products are dispatched directly by manufacturers and may arrive in separate shipments.
Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, however, we may discover an error in the pricing of products, in which case we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount as soon as we are able.
Please note alcohol and other drinks are not for sale to people under the age of 21.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
What is your returns policy?
Most products can be returned for a refund by using our free returns service within 14 days from receiving your order. Please note, in some instances, we are unable to offer refunds. This includes personalised and perishable products, as well as products that have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This also includes underwear, Made-To-Order products and magazines and books. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Simply email us at shop@therakemagazine.com to arrange a suitable time to arrange collection.
The Rake do not offer exchanges, you can simply return any unwanted product and place a new order for the correct product. Note shipping fees will be charged again on the second order.
Will shipping fees be refunded on return?
Please note shipping fees are non refundable, unless the item is faulty.
Will import taxes & duties be refunded on return?
We are only able to refund the VAT charged for the returned items at the checkout, unfortunately we won’t be able to refund any import tax or duties charged by local governments at the custom clearance.
Can I return my customised or made-to-order item?
No, due to the nature of customised and made-to-order orders, we will not be able to accept returns on these products.
How do I prepare my package for a return?
You can send your items back in the original packaging. Note any return that is not sent in a secure and sealed package, with the garment received in a new and unused condition, with its original packaging, will result in the return being refused and the package/s sent back.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method, they will be processed within 10 business days after the products have been received and quality checked by our operations team. Note the refund timing also depends on the processing time of your payment provider.
