The I.C.E. St. Moritz: Winter's Ultimate Automotive Celebration Returns

After a year's pause due to challenging weather conditions in 2024 (a heavy snowfall didn't allow the access to the lake), the Engadin's frozen lake will once again transform into the world's most breathtaking automotive showcase as The I.C.E. St. Moritz 2025 edition prepares to dazzle collectors and enthusiasts alike. The triumphant return of the extraordinary concours d'elegance, taking place this weekend, February 21-22, brings together automotive heritage, luxury lifestyle, and cultural sophistication against the stunning backdrop of Switzerland's most iconic winter playground.

The festivities begin Friday, February 21st, as the frozen lake becomes a magnificent open-air gallery of automotive artistry. Spectators will marvel at meticulously preserved classics while witnessing dynamic displays of modern engineering from legendary names like Pagani and Maserati. Following careful deliberation by the international jury, the day culminates with the Best in Class awards ceremony, honoring exceptional vehicles across five prestigious categories.

Saturday delivers the weekend's most thrilling spectacle — collectors taking their prized vintage automobiles for exhilarating laps across the snow-covered ice circuit. This uniquely Alpine experience creates an unforgettable tableau of historic machines against the majestic mountain panorama. The afternoon culminates with the presentation of the coveted Best in Show trophy, a bespoke design by architectural visionary Lord Norman Foster. Additional praises include the Spirit of St. Moritz award, crafted by renowned artist Rolf Sachs, and the crowd-favorite Hero Below Zero distinction determined by public vote.

Title Sponsor Richard Mille returns for a third consecutive year, further strengthening the partnership that began in 2023. The pioneering watchmaker's philosophy of technical artistry perfectly complements the meticulously crafted automobiles that grace the snow-covered stage. Their shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and sophisticated aesthetics continues to elevate this extraordinary gathering. Prestige enhanced by partners like Loro Piana, the legendary Badrutt's Palace, St. Moritz Tourismus AG, VistaJet, UBS, Vincenzo Dascanio, and Bang & Olufsen, with new additions Les Crêtes and Campari Group. Automotive icons Maserati and Pagani renew their presence alongside auction powerhouse RM Sotheby's.
