The Rake X Be Well Collective Summer Party

The Rake and the Be Well Collective, founded by Sarah Ann Macklin partnered together for a charity fundraising evening of consummate splendour, which was held at the magnificent Corinthia Hotel in Whitehall Place, a stone’s throw away from Trafalgar Square. Guests gathered to celebrate and impart their support for the Be Well Collective in their marvellous pursuit of spearheading projects that aims to bring nutritional education and mental wellbeing to all models within the UK fashion industry. Amongst the exotic mix of terrarium plants in the garden lounge, auctioneer Archie Manners stood high on a platform to help administer some high-octane bidding for an array of wonderful lots including his and hers bespoke Cifonelli evening suits and a private photography shoot with Rankin. For those that missed it and would like to contribute to the Be Well Collective, the auction will remain open for a short period of time with some fantastic lots still available. We would like to give special thanks to Pernod Ricard for supplying the fine drinks for the night including Perrier-Jouët Champagne, Absolut Elyx Vodka, Lillet Rosé, Plymouth Gin and Havana Seleccion de Maestros. And to Overfinch who chauffeured friends of The Rake including Edward Sexton, Paul Feig and Richard Biedul to join many other luminaries of the luxury tailoring industry at the party. Guests were also treated to caviar made from natural Cornish Sea Salt from renowned suppliers Exmoor Caviar along with sumptuous food provided by the Corinthia Hotel.
