The Rake works to deliver your purchases worldwide. We use the quickest courier method possible to unite and delight you with your purchases but delivery times may vary by location. For delivery costs, select your destination in the check-out page.
Please note that some products are dispatched directly by manufacturers and will arrive in a separate shipment from the rest of your order.
Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We will let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.
We ship via DHL Express (shipments to the Russian Federation are made via Royal Mail). Please refer to their guidelines for local prohibitions, restrictions and/or additional charges on products containing alcohol, including eaux de parfum and grooming aerosols.
TAX & DUTIES POLICY
Please note that the recipient is responsible for all local customs & import duties.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To request a return, please email email@example.com, using the subject matter ‘returns’, and quoting your order number in the body of the email, informing us of the reason why you would like to return your order.
To exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, using the subject matter ‘exchange’, and including your order number in the body of the email. Please specify the new size you require; we will then be able to confirm whether the exchange can be arranged or not.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date that your order is received, in the original packaging and in original condition. If 14 days have passed since the date that your order was placed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. We will organise the collection from your shipping address, free of charge.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
If you want to exchange an item, there won’t be any charges to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
If you want to return us your purchase and get a refund, we will refund the payment onto your payment card once all returned goods have been safely received.
We will only fulfil an exchange/refund if the item is returned in its original packaging and in original condition.
Please note, in some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This includes made-to-order and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then be returned to shop.TheRake.com
Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.

We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age for competitions, sweepstakes, or newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Website to help us develop and improve it further through online surveys and other requests.
WHAT THE DATA WILL BE USED FOR?
Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve our website and our services to you. We may also send you from time to time (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers from The Rake. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you can inform us about your marketing preferences through any email newsletter – these all contain information on how you can unsubscribe; or update your information.
If you purchase items through TheRake.com we will use your information to contact you for marketing purposes that we feel will be of interest to you. As a business it is our legitimate interest is to promote our products and services to you. However, you have the right to object to this by unsubscribing from all our marketing by using the unsubscribe option from any newsletter you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at email@example.com.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud.
